Terms of Service

By using Dropfetti you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and readable, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

What Dropfetti does

You share a real milestone and a story about a brand you love. We refine that story into a letter and deliver it to that brand — by email to their public press or customer-experience contact, or printed and mailed to their corporate address if you choose the Keepsake option.

You authorize us to send that message on your behalf, identifying you as the sender.

What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee that any brand will reply, acknowledge your message, or send you anything. Brands are independent companies with no relationship to Dropfetti. Any gift, response, or gesture is entirely at their discretion. You are paying us to craft and deliver your story — not for an outcome.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand listed in our directory. Brand names are used descriptively to identify who your letter is addressed to.

Pricing and refunds

• One Story — $2.99, one brand, delivered by email
• The Bundle — $9.99, up to five brands
• The Keepsake — $6.99, printed and mailed to corporate headquarters

If we cannot reach a brand you selected, you are not charged for it — we give you a ready-to-send letter instead, free.

Because your letter is generated and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once delivered. If something goes wrong on our end — a delivery failure, a duplicate charge, a letter that never sent — email support@dropfetti.com and we will refund you.

Your content

Your story stays yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to refine it into a letter and deliver it to the brands you select. If you submit an entry to our Wall of Fame, you also give us permission to display it publicly on Dropfetti — you can ask us to remove it at any time.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, deceptive, or impersonates someone else
• Harasses, threatens, or defames anyone
• Is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone's rights
• Attempts to extract goods through coercion rather than a genuine story

We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, and refund it.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 to use Dropfetti.

Limitation of liability

Dropfetti is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the drop in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including anything a brand does or does not do in response to your letter.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. You may stop using Dropfetti at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
